Land Ho! We’re returning to port.

After far too long at sea, the Shanty Shipwreck Show is headed back to a port near you, provided you are near to Baraboo, Wisconsin. If not, make plans for next weekend (October 8 and 9) to travel to the waterpark capital of the world (their claim, not ours) and the old home of the Ringling Brothers Circus to join us for a weekend of fun with the Gathering of Rogues and Ruffians, a Renaissance Faire. This show is close to a lot of our hearts, and it benefits an amazing school arts program called Shakespeare on the Edge. Not only can you come to hear us barking out some amazing tunes, you can also support a great cause just by day drinking and buying stuff from the vendors.

We’ve got a whole shipload of new music for our all-ages sets at 11:00, 2:30 and 4:00 which you’re sure to love. If you’re a fan of our bawdier material, worry not. We’ve got a prime time slot at 1:30 set aside just for the material that’s only fit for those who have legally had hangovers and know where their sciatic nerve is.

Ahoy Survivors!

Back in the summer, The Longest Johns offered the chance to submit to be a part of their incredible, overwhelmingly large world shanty sing along project. Several of our members were able to submit and we are so proud to have them appear in this very cool video. It’s so impressive that they were able to process all of the submissions they received and we appreciate the opportunity to submit.

Watch the Video Here

Find John at 0:45 and 2:24. Find Hilpert at 1:30 and 2:29. Find Maxime at 1:20. Find Siriol at 0:38.

Give them a listen, check out their YouTube channel and their amazing discography available on their website.
